Preparation

Our manufacturing facilities are designed to ensure we prepare food products to the highest quality and food safety standards. This includes preventing foreign bodies from entering products, managing allergens, and controlling pests. Facilities meet strict prerequisites for clean water supply, air filtration, and safe materials in contact with food. We manage the flow of ingredients and products to maintain segregation. Dedicated zones and utensils prevent cross-contamination, and employees are fully trained in good food hygiene.

Processing

Our recipes and processing techniques are scientifically formulated to deliver safe and nutritionally balanced products. We ensure consistent nutrient supply and avoid harm from over- or under-dosing. Foods are processed at optimum temperatures to retain nutrition, remove harmful microorganisms, and prevent formation of chemical contaminants.

Testing

Before any batch leaves our factories, it undergoes a ‘positive release’ test to confirm safety. We perform all necessary checks to verify compliance with internal and external standards for harmful compounds and microorganisms in materials, the environment, and final products. Built-in controls ensure that by the time testing is done, we’re already confident of safety.

Packaging & Transportation

Once products are released, we ensure they reach their destination in perfect condition. Packaging protects products, carries clear usage and storage information, and ensures correct best-before dates for safety. Each batch has unique codes for full traceability — telling us when, where, and from what ingredients it was produced.
